Before you begin, make sure your WiFi router is switched on and working. Have your WiFi password ready - you can usually find it on a sticker on the back of your router.
Connecting to WiFi
Press the Home button on your remote
The Home button looks like a small house icon. Pressing it will take you to the main Smart TV menu.
Go to Settings
Use the arrow keys on your remote to navigate to the Settings icon (it looks like a gear ⚙). Press OK to open it.
Open Network settings
Inside Settings, scroll down to find 'Network'. Press OK, then select 'WiFi' from the options.
Choose your WiFi network
Your TV will scan and show a list of nearby WiFi networks. Use the arrow keys to highlight your home network name, then press OK.
Enter your WiFi password
An on-screen keyboard will appear. Use the arrow keys to select each letter of your password. Take your time - passwords are case-sensitive.
Pressing the coloured buttons on your remote can switch between uppercase, lowercase, and numbers on the keyboard.
Select Connect
Move to the 'Connect' or 'OK' button on screen and press OK on your remote. Your TV will connect within a few seconds.
If your WiFi network doesn't appear in the list, move the TV closer to your router, or restart the router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
If you see a 'Connection Failed' message, double-check your password. A single wrong character will prevent connection. Make sure Caps Lock on the on-screen keyboard is set correctly.
