Touch Points: Why 20 Point Multi Touch Matters
Every Elegant Galaxy smart board uses infrared touch technology with 20 point multi touch and a 5ms response time. In practical terms, that means up to 20 fingers or styluses can be registered on the screen at once, which is what allows two students or two presenters to write or annotate at the same time without the board losing track of either input. A lower point count feels fine in a demo but becomes a genuine limitation in a real classroom with group work.

Don't undersize RAM if the board will be used for video conferencing alongside a presentation app. Running a video call and an interactive whiteboard app together is the most memory intensive combination a smart board typically handles, and it's where a 4GB board can start to lag.
